A Laundry Mat located in Burbank, CA just received a new “Cool Roof”. This project consisted of installing 4,200 SF of Fibertite 45 Mil roofing membrane. The Business Owner wanted a roofing system that was both “Energy Star and Cool Roof” compliant that would help lower his electric bill and help cool the interior of the building.
Carls’ Jr. in Irvine is under way of a new Single-Ply Roofing System. We are currently installing a Versico 60 Mil TPO roofing system. It is very common to see Restaurants installing single-ply roofing membranes to their roofs because of the high chemical and contaminant resistance they offer.
