The Wilshire Westholme HOA will be receiving Fibertite 50 mil XT. This building is an 18 floor high rise condominium building with 16 floors.
Roofing Standards recently just started installing GAF 60 mil TPO roof system on 1400 sqs for the Diamond Bar Tennis Club HOA.
RS recently completed a project for the City of Lakewood called Biscailuz Park. We installed Fibertite 45 mil SM single ply roofing membrane.
Another Chase Bank that we did in Los Angeles. We installed Versico 60 mil TPO roof system.
Roofing Standards completed new construction on a Chase Bank in Monrovia using JM 60 mil TPO single ply.
Roofing Standards just completed an Auto Zone in Whittier. We installed 86 sqs of JM 50 mil PVC single ply membrane.
Roofing Standards was contracted for a complete roof replacement for flat and shingle sections, also replacement of interior siding, skylights, and flashing components. In total Roofing Standards installed 1700sq of Fibertite and 700sq of GAF asphalt shingle (Color – Mission Brown).
An upcoming project for Roofing Standards will be in Los Angeles for Highland Terraces HOA. They will be receiving Fibertite 45 mil with a 20 yr NDL warranty.
The project is Garden Homes Maintenance Association in Irvine which were starting Dec 19th. We’ll be installing on 834 sqs of Fibertite 50 mil XT single ply roofing membrane.
