Project Notes: Roofing Standards recently completed the installation of a 36 mil FiberTite roof system over an existing Built-Up Roof at Bank of America Paradise CA. The existing rock roof was prepped by removing/disposing of all loose dirt and sharp edges. Next a polyester “slip-sheet” was mechanically fastened over the existing BUR membrane creating a suitable substrate. Lastly, we installed a 36 mil FiberTite roof system per 15yr NDL specifications.
